LogiPAC, Business Process Management
The collaborative business process management system called LogiPAC is a system that enable, at first, to describe the different activities by which a ‘transaction’ has to go through to be processed adequately.
A ‘transaction’ represents any instance of
a request that includes at least one activity and requires the intervention of at least one person to insure its proper processing.

or any other entity that requires that the transaction go through, in general, several steps, and also, in general, many interventions by different person before being processed entirely.

The process description is done by modeling of all the tasks require as well as every person that will have to intervene for the business process completion.
In fact it represent the progress of the transaction thru the various tasks to be done, the different person involved to each task, the various validation criteria and supply, at the different person intervening, the required information that enable him to realise its task

The role of the collaborative business process management system
Managing and orchestrating the working group :
LogiPAC is not limited to describe the process, it orchestrates each group of stakeholders advising them as soon as the process requires their intervention, and provide the file to be processes.
Routing the virtual folder: Since the folder of the transaction is virtual and consists of (tracking records, scanned documents, emails, Word documents, notes, etc...) it is instantly forwarded with the process step that the next intervening person has to process. And so on for each additional step until all tasks are completed.
A control panel allowing to quickly identify and correct weaknesses
LogiPAC is equipped with a control panel that you to follow up on each individual steps of the process, thus permitting the identification of the bottle neck, enabling the supervisor to modify the tasks assignation. It also allow to identify tasks beyond schedule for each activity, warning the supervisor with appropriate coloured flags, with proper alarms in the form of direct messages or by email, of the targeted delays for each of those activities so that the appropriate action can be taken to correct the situation.
The process management is the memory of the company’s business procedures. It allows to quickly integrating new employees by guiding them through their operational workflows. This will help keep the knowledge within even with the older generation leaving for retirement.
The business process management with LogiPAC through intranet or ASP allows the organisation to offer employees to work from home and being able monitor the workload.
