I-FAX
are an important component in any EDMS solution, for incoming as well as outgoing
documents, our solutions can integrate directly with the FAX software and our service
module « I-FAX ». Sharing the fax software between several users and/or being able
to access it in “Thin-Client” mode is now possible with “I-FAX”.
I-Browse Your thin-client configuration does not
let you access some or all of your documents on your local disk? “I –BROWSE » will
let you access all files on you local disk without any problem. Thanks to “I-BROWSE
», our software can access and classify in the EDMS all stored documents (WORD,
EXCEL, JPG, …) from your local disk while maintaining the defined securities.
I-Mail Under configurations such as "Thin-client
(Microsoft TS, Citrix) your local mail software cannot be accessed. To overcome
this limitation and allow our EDM software to access both the local mail and from
the server that we have developed I-MAIL. I-MAIL the direct access to your emails.
I-PRINT Our multi-purpose « I-Print » driver can
convert different document formats in a single homogenous one ( eg. PDF) before
transmitting these documents through our EDMS solutions ( by e-mail, as an example)
This specific driver can also be used to intercept a specific output meant for the
printer and redirect it to a file that can be classify as a document in the EDMS.
This driver can, by this mean, be used to COLD reports, originating from various
other applications, that are meant to be classified in the EDMS.
